[movie] STAR WARS THE MANDALORIAN [만달로리안]

만달로리안 다 보고 나서 다큐를 보는데, 기록할 만한 내용이 있어서 한글과 원어를 남겨본다
다큐를 보면서 어떤 과정으로 스토리가 전개 되었는지 이해하게 되었다
대단하다

전 똑똑한 사람을 쓰는 걸 좋아해요 호기심 많고 창의적이고 똑똑한 사람들은 열정적이고 예리해서 잘 배우죠 감독으로서 배운게 있다면 배움엔 끝이 없다는 거에요 항상 적응해야 할 새 상황이 생기거든요 안내서에 의지해선 성공할 수 없죠 글쓰기나 애니메이션은 아주 낮은 빈도로 기회가 찾아와요 하지만 감독 중엔 기회가 너무 잦아서 도전 과제처럼 보이기도 하죠 하지만 창의적이고 똑똑한 사람이라면 낙하산을 펼치지 않고 비행기에서 뛰어내릴 거예요 여기 있는 모두는 창의적으로 용감해요 그게 공통점이죠 각자 경험이 다르고 배경이 다르고 익숙한 장르와 매체도 다르지만 우리에겐 뭔가가 있어요 그래서 서로 잘 맞았던 것 같아요

I like hiring smart people To me, if you have smart people who are curious and creative, but if they're inspired and they're sharp they'll be able to learn.  And really, directing, what you're learning is you have to learn every day, because you're presented with a new set of circumstances, and you have to adapt. if you stick to the playbook, you're not gonna succeed. And that's what's different from writing or animation, where opportunities present themselves, but at a much lower rate The opportunities are hitting you constantly, but they might seem like challenges But really, somebody who's creative and who's smart will not ve afraid to kind of jump out of the plane before the parachute comes out after you And, so, everybody here are creatively brave That's really the unifying thing, you all have various levels of experinence, different backgrounds, different genres or media that you come from But everybody, I think there is something. I think that's why everybody kind of clicked so well together.
